My Story
Hi, my name is Muhammad Eesa and the founder and CEO of Pitstop Pizza. Sounds pretty cool right? In reality I'm a 19 year old who got rejected from all 4 medicine unis I applied to. Not even invited for an interview.
September 2024, I took the idea to action. I spent the next 2 months making pizza multiple times a week until I found the perfect recipe. It took over 13 recipes, hours of studying the chemistry of gluten and yeast structures, but eventually, The Perfect Neapolitan Recipe was Born.
10th of November 2024, The first day of selling. I was all prepared, got everything in the car and ready for my first day selling at a car boot sale. It FLUNKED. Few months later, I have a contract with deliveroo, my own website and organisations reaching out to me for collaborations and catering. I’ll stop tooting my own horn because as much as I absolutely put in the hard work, I would have given up on many occasions if it wasn’t for my family. Which comes to why i am doing this, To fullfil my dream of retiring my parents and giving them a chance to rest.
